The Board of Regents schedules and conducts a minimum of four meetings each fiscal year. The dates and locations of these meetings are recommended by the Secretary to the Board and approved by the Board at the first scheduled quarterly meeting of each fiscal year. These meetings are typically held at the end of October, January, April and July, with the location of the meetings rotating among the colleges. Additional meetings of the full Board and/or the Executive Committee may be scheduled as needed. | | | TSTC had 55 participants from throughout the System at the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development Conference in Austin, Texas, May 20-23. In addition to this overall spectacular showing, we had: 11
Chancellor's Excellence Awards recipients (including Sys Ops own April Falkner and Michael Bettersworth) present to receive their NISOD medallions; seven TSTC presentations; a TSTC marketing booth in the exhibit hall; and TSTC computers set up in the Convention Center, enabling conference- goers access to their email.
