Meeting Schedule

The Board of Regents schedules and conducts a minimum of four meetings each fiscal year. The dates and locations of these meetings are recommended by the Secretary to the Board and approved by the Board at the first scheduled quarterly meeting of each fiscal year. These meetings are typically held at the end of October, January, April and July, with the location of the meetings rotating among the colleges. Additional meetings of the full Board and/or the Executive Committee may be scheduled as needed. The following meeting dates have been established for Fiscal Year 2007 and the first meeting of Fiscal Year 2008.

Meetings must be conducted in accordance with all applicable State regulations. These regulations are contained in Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Open Meetings.
